Servos & Simulation offers COTS and customizable control loaders. The high performance and programmablity of the systems make them ideally suited for both mission trainer applications and high fidelity simulators.

The systems feature powerful actuators with integrated electronics. Easy to install and reconfigurable for every application, Servos & Simulations control loading systems provides an unlimited range of torques and speeds on the market.

Available in a modular form factor, the engineer can select the type of servo system, mechanical arragement and system control module to suit your application requirements. All of our systems are high efficiency, low voltage and are powered from standard 110VAC outlets with an isolation transformer (220VAC models are available).

There are two main system types of control loaders to choose from. One is a  High Force, Low Fidelity Control Loader for systems that require an unsophisticated loader (spring) and have a lower specification requirement (FAA Level 5). The second is a High Force, High Fidelity Control Loader for systems requiring the highest specifications (FAA Level D and beyond).
